About Us

Our Mission Statement

First established in 2009, we are a devoted care home aiming to provide a high-quality care service which is personalised to the individual care requirements of our service users within the comfort of accommodation afforded by the service. All our flats are decorated and furnished to the preference of the service user, giving them the opportunity to stamp their individuality and really and truly make Triple S their home.

Our vision is to deliver care to people with disabilities within a safe, kind and caring environment and to offer the support and opportunity to maximize their independence whilst keeping their dignity intact and remaining respectful.

Our team of staff are trained to the highest degree in the individual needs of service users with training held in first aid, epilepsy awareness and Autism awareness and are able to support all our service users in many fundamental areas of life such as:

  • Social Fulfilment and Inclusion
  • Physical Wellbeing and Maintaining Health
  • Cultural Diversity and Awareness
  • Emotional Stability and Security

At Triple S we only recruit, train and retain staff who understand our philosophy of care and what we are truly trying to achieve for service users; that is tending to their care requirements without taking away their independence; tailoring the service to each client and their care needs and valuing the persons individuality; offering support in an environment that is respectful, dignified and confidential in order to protect the vulnerable nature of our service users and operating with discretion to safeguard our clients.

We offer support and tend to our service users care needs to the highest degree in bespoke accommodation provided by the premises. Currently, 8 individualised apartments sit within a residential setting which are offered to those with complex care needs. Although the ground floor apartments are modified for people with physical disabilities, allowing for accessibility, locality and for the comfort of the service user, each client is provided with their own secure and private apartment. Each suite consists of a sizable living room, fitted kitchen, separate bedroom, bathroom/toilet and storage space. The accommodation is spacious and fully DLA compliant to ensure the security of our service users.

Triple S offers additional communal facilities over and above the individual apartments. A large communal area which comprises of an expansive lounge area complete with comfortable sofas and a large tv is available for social gatherings and a spacious courtyard with a laundry room situated separate from the building is out in the courtyard. There is a large garden and patio area which service users are encouraged to use for recreational activities and socialising.

Each service user is supported by 1:1 or 2:1 (staff to service user ratio). 3 working night staff are always present on the night shift to ensure the service is operating smoothly and has not been left shorthanded to ensure our service users are not left without the vital care they require.

Managements office is located on the grand floor and an open-door policy applies to all for advice and guidance and is fully accessible for the disabled. All are welcome to Triple S Care regardless of their abilities, everyone is treated as equal.
