What is mental health?

An individual’s mental health can be described as a person’s condition with regards to their psychological and emotional well-being but what happens when this is disrupted due to their environment, their health or perhaps a genetic inheritance?  

This is where Triple S can step in to assist in the encouragement of better health and lifestyle choice suggestions; promoting an energetic life for people with mental health issues and to help the individual engage in activities that encourage social inclusion.

What we can do to help…

As little as one in four people are diagnosed with mental health issues at one stage in their life and therefore the requirement and the accessibility of support services is greater than ever. Without the adequate support or assistance, those with mental health problems will not be able to lead a more meaningful life

Many mental health professionals contribute to the psychiatric and therapeutic needs of those with mental health issues but here at Triple S, we not only assist with the many day-to-day activities that enrich the lives of those staying with us, but also provide support that is based on dignity, respect and safeguarding those we serve.
