Autism West Midlands, a charity close to our hearts, are running training workshops on the 13^th November 2017 for our support staff to gain expert, practical advice, and knowledge-based strategies which they can employ within the care home itself. All staff are provided with additional guidance to ensure they are able to provide the necessary care to our service users which is personalised to their mental health requirements.
